3. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns for unopened, unused blank products in their original packaging within 90 days of purchase. If an item is defective, just provide photos, and we'll handle the return shipping. Shipping costs for all other returns are the customer's responsibility.
4. Customized Products
At Custom Brand Depot, we adhere to industry standards and cannot accept returns on products once they've been customized with your design or text and printed. However, your satisfaction is our priority. With our free virtual proof policy, you can review and approve your design before engraving begins. We consider your approval on the digital proof as final, as orders are not sent to production without it.
For added assurance, you can request a free product sample (up to a $10 value for qualifying customers/addresses) to ensure you know exactly what you're getting before it arrives. If any changes are needed, please reach out to us.
5. In Case of Issues
While we strive for excellence, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a flawed or misprinted item, please send us photos within 10 working days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue and work with you to find the best solution because your satisfaction is our top priority!
